A load does not live in a bracket. It flows through a chain: ground, leg, pin, lug, bracket, bolts, structure.

These interactive experiments let that chain be pulled apart, so a change in geometry can be watched turning into a change in stress and in which failure mode governs.

How to read these

MODEL

First-order, and says so

Each check is a closed-form equation of the kind an engineer writes before opening a solver: a load, an area, and a margin. Nothing here computes a stiffness matrix, resolves a stress concentration, or redistributes load after yield. The answers are wrong in the third digit and right about which part of the chain is in trouble.

SEPARATION

Calculation apart from rendering

Geometry goes in, the load is decomposed, the equations run, and utilisation comes out; only then does anything get drawn. The model sits behind one interface, so a real solver can replace it without the viewport or the panels changing.

CHAIN

The load does not live in the bracket

It flows: ground, leg, hinge pin, lug, bracket, bolts and contact, vehicle structure. The same force is in every link, and what changes is the area carrying it. That is the whole idea these experiments exist to make visible.
