How Labs works
- 01 · BUILD
A working system first
Every Labs project starts as something that runs: a bench setup, a prototype device, a service under load. Documents follow demonstrations.
- 02 · TEST
Measured against the physical world
Projects are evaluated on what they do outside the simulator. Optical systems are tested on real benches; autonomy on real hardware.
- 03 · SHAPE
Product, infrastructure, or company
Work that proves out is shaped into one of three outcomes. Work that does not is archived with its findings, and its registry code is retired.
